fishing levels are as follows:
net fishing (shrimps) - 1
bait fishing - 15
net fishing (bass) - 30
cage fishing - 40
harpoon fishing (sharks) - 75
harpoon fishing (mantas) 90

cooking levels:
shrimps - 1
trout - 15
bass - 30
lobsters - 40
sharks - 75
mantas - 90
