Well i agree with u, we have way to fre mods and admins, and the only mod we have is like never on, and he doesnt have any powers either.
but i think im gonna ask sleep for admin or mod, since im online alot, helps those that im able to help, hope that will be enough for a staff status.

Anyways, even tough we ask for staff and get it, we wont be able to do anything at all for a while, since the admin doesnt have any banning powers yet, but will get wihen v4 is released.
