You can train there. But i will let you see some other training area's

2.Prayer
For prayer you can use alot Bones its like 4 min Work to get 99.
Just do this :
Spawn : 6812 Wyvern bones
Then bury them

how u get to orcs?

the lvls i would recommend for the differint places would be 1-100 at training since, 100-110 at god wars (orks), u can get to godwars by running form home to barbarian village and down the hole, from 110-126 u should spawn a glory and tele to fight pits, and then kill jad there, u get about 75k exp per kill, but it also depends on the lvl of ur attack style.

And the good thing is that u can stay there for as long as u want, just respawn food (391) and super restores (3024) and if u also want super strengt and super att pots, then the code is 2440 2436.

Need at'least 99 prayer? thats not really true, as long as you have 43+ you can stay there since there is an altar by General Graardor.
