Original Suggestions:
A Questions section on the forums would really help rid of people posting questions in the wrong section.
Not being able to type codes for skillcapes. When I found out you could i was pretty dissapointed. This also allows low levels to pretend that they have a 99.
Added Suggestions:
Blanking out the spellbook and disabling all range attacks. This would prevent sooooo much lag and so many disconnections! I haven't been able to play the sever for a while now because of this reason.
Making more items usable. The game is, all in all, too "small" maybe making more items such as scythes and that kind of stuff usable and animated would make it "larger". By this i do not mean getting rid of ::item!
Not getting rid of ::item! Many people quit runescape because of the difficulty to earn money and get some items. That's one of the reasons i quit. Keeping ::item will increase the play rate of the sever a lot and possibly bump it to the top 5 severs. I used to play Frugooscape (a 317 sever) that was a coding sever and it was in the top 5 before it was shut down. I reccomend you keep ::item.
Making girls look normal... because right now they look creepy

Fixing the hair interface in ::char and making colors active. It gives a little bit of a choice...
An ::clearinvy command or something like that. Just incase you type in the wrong code for instance, i once typed ::iten 955 999999999 one time and got 999,999,999 black meduim helms not 999m coins.
